Earrings Are Final Sale
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You can request a return or exchange for all other jewellery items (except earrings) within 7 days from the date of delivery, if:• The item is unused and in original condition• All tags and packaging are intact -
Shipping Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us in case of a return or exchange.• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Simply email us at ishita@cherrify.in within 7 days of delivery with:• Your order number• Reason for return/exchange• Unboxing video (required for damaged/defective items) -
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed as:• Store credit
(Refunds are not applicable on earrings or used/damaged items not due to our fault.)

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange if:• The item(s) are unused, unworn, and in original condition• All original tags and packaging are intact• The return/exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery• A parcel opening video is to be provided in case of damaged, incorrect, or tag less items -
Final Sale Items – No Returns or Refunds
Items purchased under clearance sales are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Exchange is possible (subject to size availability). -
Festive, Seasonal & Regular Sale Orders
Items bought during festive, seasonal, or regular sales are eligible for:• Exchanges (based on size and stock availability)• Returns, but refunds will be issued as store credit only -
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:• Intimate wear• Swimwear• Accessories like earringsPlease check product descriptions before ordering to confirm return eligibility.

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
• Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us for return or exchange.• If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, Cherrify will cover the return shipping cost. -
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via:

• Your order number• A short description of the issue• A parcel opening video (mandatory for damaged/missing/tagless items)

Return process
• Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and step-by-step instructions.• Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.• Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured courier service.• After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your store credit refund (excluding shipping charges).• Please allow up to 7 working days for your store credit to be issued.

Refunds
• Refunds (if applicable) are only issued in the form of store credit• No refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchange Process
• For exchanges (size, color, or style), please contact our support team to begin the process.• We’ll issue an Exchange Authorization and guide you through the steps.• Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.• Ship it back to us using a trackable and insured courier service.• Once received and approved, we’ll ship the requested replacement.• If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit for future use.
